Inks
UV inks are widely used in various printing fields because of their environmental protection, fast curing and excellent adhesion. According to the composition and performance classification, can be divided into: conventional UV inks, low migration UV inks, LED UV inks
Conventional UV inks: This kind of ink has a simple formula, low cost, mainly used for conventional printing applications, suitable for paper, cardboard, plastic and other substrates, widely used in general packaging and printed materials.
Commonly used models: BP, 1173, 184, 369, 379, DETX, ITX, TPO EDB, EMK, EHA, PBZ, CBP, 907, 784, 2-EAQ, 510
Low Migration UV Inks: Designed for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging, these inks have low migration properties to avoid transfer of chemicals to the contents and comply with stringent food and pharmaceutical safety standards.
Common models: 1212 160 ONE CPTX CQ 754
LED UV Ink: An ink optimized for LED curing that uses an LED light source to cure. LED UV inks use less energy and are more environmentally friendly than traditional mercury lamp cured UV inks, making them suitable for a variety of green printing needs.
Commonly used models: TPO, 379, ITX, DETX, EMK, EDB, EHA, TPO-L, 819, M-5, 340
